SalzRose sells Himalayan salt products including but not limited to: natural salt licks for animals, edible Himalayan pink salt, and Himalayan salt lamps. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible.

Natural Product Variation: Our products are natural rock salt, and as such, each piece is unique. Color, shape, weight, and mineral composition may vary slightly from product images and descriptions. Stated weights represent minimum weights; actual weight often exceeds the stated minimum.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices displayed on the website include the product price but exclude shipping costs and applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee shipment; we may cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5-7 business days; express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Shipping to Canada takes 7-14 business days.

Free shipping is available on orders over $75 USD / $99 CAD. All orders include tracking information sent via email.

SalzRose is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@gwsconnect24.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged during shipping or we shipped the wrong item. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

SalzRose and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or purchase of our products.

Our products are intended as mineral supplements for animals and natural food-grade salt for human consumption. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a veterinarian or healthcare professional regarding your animal's or your own health needs.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) that are the subject of the claim.
